    Applications are now open for the Global Vision Assembly 2026, a flagship international youth policy and leadership conference taking place in Portugal, Europe, from 25 to 28 June 2026. The conference is organized by the Nexus Public Policy Institute and will bring together 400 global participants from around the world.

    The four-day assembly focuses on high-level policy dialogue, leadership development, and global networking. Selected participants will receive full funding, covering travel, accommodation, meals, conference access, certification, and extensive networking opportunities. The Global Vision Assembly is one of the leading youth policy and leadership conferences in Europe.

    The Global Vision Assembly 2026 offers multiple participation categories to accommodate a wide range of applicants. There are 20 fully funded seats, 40 partially funded seats, 140 free access passes, 100 assembly access passes, 100 self-funded seats, and online participation for more than 10,000 participants worldwide.

    Financial Benefits (Fully Funded)

    Participants selected for the fully funded scholarship will receive round-trip airfare to and from Portugal, luxury hotel accommodation, meals during the assembly, and full access to all conference sessions. The package also includes a signed and stamped Schengen visa invitation letter, official accommodation confirmation, visa support and assistance, a speaking opportunity, graduation certification, an assembly toolkit and merchandise, a city tour, airport transfers, online participation access, a digital certificate, and lifetime access to the Nexus alumni network.

    Guaranteed Participation Categories

    Applicants who prefer guaranteed participation without a competitive selection process may choose from several direct-entry options. These include the Assembly Access Pass, which provides full forum access, meals, and a Schengen visa invitation letter issued within 24 hours. The Self-Funded Package includes luxury accommodation, breakfasts and lunches, full forum access, airport transfers, and a visa invitation letter. Applicants may also request only an official Schengen visa invitation letter if documentation support is required.

    Online participation offers full digital access to all sessions, an invitation letter for online attendance, and a LinkedIn-shareable digital graduation certificate. Group registrations are available for universities, NGOs, enterprises, and institutions, offering discounted rates and customized quotations within 48 hours.

    Themes and Program Areas

    The Global Vision Assembly 2026 covers key global and regional policy areas. These include the UN Agenda 2030 and Sustainable Development Goals integration, EU youth policy and the vision for 2030, youth participation in global governance, climate and sustainability leadership, digital futures and innovation in policy, and peacebuilding, human rights, and social justice. The program emphasizes youth-driven solutions, policy co-creation, ethical digital governance, and inclusive leadership.

    Eligibility Criteria

    The assembly is open to applicants from all countries worldwide. Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application. No English proficiency tests such as IELTS or TOEFL are required. The conference welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds, including students, young professionals, youth leaders, entrepreneurs, and media professionals.

    Application Fee

    Applicants applying for the scholarship category are required to pay an application fee of USD 15.9, charged by the Nexus Public Policy Institute. This fee is mandatory to be considered for funded categories.
