Applications are now open for the McCain Global Leaders Program (MGLP) 2026, a fully funded, 12-month international leadership fellowship designed for emerging leaders from around the world. The program is organized by the McCain Institute and combines online learning with approximately 25 days of fully funded, in-person programming across three countries, including Greece and Vietnam.
This highly competitive program selects 25 outstanding leaders globally and is open to all nationalities. There is no application fee, and all major expenses—including international flights, accommodation, living stipends, and visa costs—are fully covered.
The 2026 global theme, “Advancing Freedom, Defending Rights, Creating Opportunity,” focuses on developing ethical, values-based leadership. Participants gain access to global experts, leadership training, and a powerful international network, enabling them to drive meaningful change in their communities, organizations, and countries.
